Mission
To provide youth from under-resourced communities with STEAM opportunities that spark curiosity and open pathways toward a bright future.
Vision
We envision a future where every young person has the educational resources and opportunities to succeed.
Helping Young People Discover What’s Possible.

The Dominguez Dream Academy is a nonprofit organization that partners with schools, afterschool programs, community centers, and other youth-serving groups to provide the tools and resources they need to inspire the next generation of STEAM leaders. Together, we help young people explore science, technology, engineering, the arts, and math, especially in communities that have historically lacked access to these kinds of resources.
We offer ready-to-use activity booklets, hands-on project ideas, support for community events, access to specialized STEAM programming, and connections to diverse role models working in STEAM fields today.
Our goal is to help youth-serving organizations show kids what’s possible. To help young people see themselves as Scientists, Technologists, Engineers, Artists, and Mathematicians. To help them believe, “This is something I can do. This is something I can be.”
Who We Are
We make STEAM real and relevant for young people.
From school-day programs to afterschool and community-based events, we bring creative, hands-on activities that spark curiosity and confidence. Every experience is designed to reflect the real world, introducing youth to future careers, building practical skills, and connecting learning to the communities they live in.
We collaborate with those already serving young people, schools, afterschool programs, and local nonprofits, to create flexible, high-impact programs that meet students where they are.
